This article provides instructions on how to initiate a claim with international carriers for orders shipped within the EU, UK, and ANZ. Please note that it focuses on the process for filing a claim rather than guidance on requesting a reshipment or refund.

Process:
DPD:
- Important: DPD requires a Consignment Statement Form within 14 days from dispatch.
- Claim Request:
- Check POD on DPD website.
- Send Consignment Statement Form to customer.
- Use "DPD - Eligible Lost Package" template and attach Consignee Statement.
- Once form is returned, email warehouse for claim request.
