This article provides instructions on how to initiate a claim with international carriers for orders shipped within the EU, UK, and ANZ. Please note that it focuses on the process for filing a claim rather than guidance on requesting a reshipment or refund.

  • Europe
    • Warehouse: Venray

      • DPD (Rarely used)
      • Europaket+ (Several carriers)
  • UK
    • Warehouse: JCS
    • Carriers:
      • DPD
      • DHL

Process:

DPD:

  • Important: DPD requires a Consignment Statement Form within 14 days from dispatch.
  • Claim Request:
    • Check POD on DPD website.
    • Send Consignment Statement Form to customer.
    • Use "DPD - Eligible Lost Package" template and attach Consignee Statement.
    • Once form is returned, email warehouse for claim request.
