What is the Therabody Return Policy?Updated a year ago

At Therabody, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned for various reasons. Whether customers purchased an item from our online store at www.therabody.com or from one of our retail or Reset locations, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. Here's everything customers need to know about our returns policy:

Return Period: Customers can return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Shipping: Therabody covers the cost of standard return shipping.

Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in "like new" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items returned after the 30-day period or not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Purchases from Other Retailers: If a customer purchased a Therabody product from another retailer, please refer to their return and refund policies for the return process.

Non-Eligible Items: Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Some products may not qualify for free returns, as indicated on their product pages.

Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

Partial Refunds: If a returned product does not meet the "like new" condition criteria, we may issue a partial refund based on the extent of wear, damage, or missing parts.

In-Store Purchases: Products bought in-store at Therabody-operated retail and Reset locations cannot be returned online.

Damaged or Defective Products: Damaged or defective products may be returned to Therabody under our Limited Warranty.

Validation and Approval: All returns are subject to validation and approval at Therabody's discretion.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to reject future transactions or returns in cases of potential fraud or abuse of our return policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns.

How does Therabody define "like new" condition?
The product should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Specifically, it should not have scratches, dents, stains, or any other visible flaws that would detract from its appearance or functionality. Additionally, all original accessories and packaging should be included with the product.
