- Honoring miles. You can honor miles when:
- A customer made an order prior to the Therabody-United partnership taking place and wants the miles to be honored.
- Qualifying orders must have been made within 30 days prior to the partnership implementation.
- A customer makes an order on Therabody.com website instead of Therabody.com/united by mistake and wants the miles to be honored.
- In order to qualify, the customer must reach us within 30 days from the purchase date.
- A customer made an order prior to the Therabody-United partnership taking place and wants the miles to be honored.
Step-by-Step:
- Fill in the Therabody - Manual Deposits tracker following the instructions listed there.
- Educate the customer by letting them know that this is a one-time courtesy. Also, In order to earn miles, future purchases must be made at Therabody.com/united.
