Therabody CS assistance.

You may aid inquiries related to orders as we normally do, including but not limited to 

  • Information related to Therabody directly. 
    • Order statuses such as allocation, fulfillment, shipping, and returns-related issues. 
    • All information related to stock, product information, promotions, etc. 
    • Warranty and return policies.  
  • Customers are asking why their miles haven’t been posted to their MileagePlus account.
    • Look at the order information.
      • Confirm with the customer if they are earning miles for the order and connected to their account. 
        • If miles haven't shown up on their account. Educate the customer know that according to T&C miles could appear after 6-8 weeks of completing the qualifying activity.
      • If the order is not eligible for earning miles, educate the customer why Miles is not reflected and honor them if possible. 
  • Honoring miles. You can honor miles when:
    • A customer made an order prior to the Therabody-United partnership taking place and wants the miles to be honored.
      • Qualifying orders must have been made within 30 days prior to the partnership implementation.
    • A customer makes an order on Therabody.com website instead of Therabody.com/united by mistake and wants the miles to be honored.
      • In order to qualify, the customer must reach us within 30 days from the purchase date. 

Step-by-Step:

  1. Fill in the Therabody - Manual Deposits tracker following the instructions listed there. 
  2. Educate the customer by letting them know that this is a one-time courtesy. Also, In order to earn miles, future purchases must be made at Therabody.com/united


The following inquiries must be redirected to United Airlines Customer Support 

  • Customers that don’t remember their MileagePlus account number/ How can they find my MileagePlus number?
  • Customers want to know if they received their miles after purchasing through the therabody.com/united website.
    • CSR, refer the customer to the following steps.
      1. Enter your MileagePlus account.
      2. Go to the “My Purchases” tab to view all your mileage activity to date.  
      3. Miles will be credited to your MileagePlus account once your Therabody transaction is complete. 
        • In some cases, miles may take up to 5 business days to appear on your MileagePlus account.
  • How do customers sign up for a United Airlines MileagePlus account?
    • CSR, refer the customer to the following steps.
      • Visit united.com
        • Select "MileagePlus sign in or join now" and follow the enrollment steps. 
      • Or visit Create Accountto create your MileagePlus account today. 
        • United Airlines MileagePlus loyalty program is free to join and rewards you with miles when you fly and when you enjoy everyday activities, shopping, experiences, and more.
