Ticket menuUpdated a year ago

Access advanced features from the ticket menu (sometimes called the '3 dots' menu) in the top-right of your ticket view.


 This menu allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Snooze
  • Merge ticket
  • Mark as unread
  • Display/hide all events
  • Print ticket
  • Mark as spam
  • Delete – DO NOT USE
