Overview

There are 3 primary menus in Gorgias:

  • Main menu: To navigate through your account
  • User menu: Provides access to your profile, availability setting, and other Gorgias resources like keyboard shortcuts
  • Ticket menu: For advanced ticket features



In our support system, what were previously known as "Queues" are now referred to as "Views." Views are lists of tickets organized based on filters, helping you to manage and prioritize tickets effectively.

What Are Views?

Views are used to organize tickets and are located in the sidebar on the left side of your screen. They allow you to group tickets based on specific criteria such as status, priority, or type, enabling efficient ticket management.

Managing Views

  • Default Views: Pre-configured lists of tickets provided by the system.
  • Custom Views: Views that you can create and customize to suit your specific workflow and needs.
