Upon receiving a warranty claim, Therabody will review the claimed defect and determine if it's valid. 

Please contact our customer service team here and select, Warranty Support.  The following is required to be submitted to begin reviewing your claim: 

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Product 
• Reason for warranty claim
• Proof of purchase
