Full Factory Reset and Re-Pairing Process (IOS Devices)Updated a year ago

Step 1: Reset the PowerDot(s)

1. Turn the PowerDot(s) on.
2. Once on, press and hold the power button until the white LED light begins to blink and turns off.

Step 2: Remove All PowerDot(s) Paired to the App

1. Open the app.
2. Tap on the "My Devices" tab.
   • Ensure "Device Sharing" is turned off in the app.
3. Tap on the device you wish to remove.
4. Tap on "Remove."
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 if you have a Duo.

Step 3: Remove/Forget/Unpair All PowerDot(s) from the Apple Device’s Bluetooth

1. Open the Apple device's settings.
2. Open Bluetooth settings.
3. Forget PowerDot from Bluetooth by tapping on the blue "info" icon on the right and confirming "Forget This Device."
4. Repeat step 3 if you have a Duo.
5. Turn Bluetooth off.
6. Turn Bluetooth on.

Step 4: Begin the Re-Pairing Process

1. Open the PowerDot app.
2. Tap on the "My Devices" tab.
3. Tap on "Add Device."
4. Turn on the PowerDot.
5. Tap on "Continue."
6. Tap on "Pair" from the Bluetooth Pairing Request.
7. Repeat steps 3 – 6 if you have a Duo.
