Full Factory Reset and Re-Pairing Process (Android Devices)Updated a year ago

Step 1: Reset the PowerDot(s)

1. Turn the PowerDot(s) on.
2. Once on, press and hold the power button until the white LED light blinks and turns off.

Step 2: Remove All PowerDot(s) Paired to the App

1. Open the app.
2. Tap on the "My Devices" tab.
3. Tap and hold on the device you wish to remove.
4. Tap on the black “X” to remove.
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 if you have a Duo.

Step 3: Remove/Forget/Unpair All PowerDot(s) from the Android Device’s Bluetooth

Step 4: Begin the Re-Pairing Process

1. Open the PowerDot app.
2. Tap on the “My Devices” tab.
3. Tap on "Rescan."
4. Turn on the PowerDot.
   • Only turn one on at a time if you have a Duo.
5. Wait for pairing to complete.
6. Repeat steps 3 – 5 if you have a Duo.

Please follow all of the mentioned steps in the requested order. If any of these are missed, you could end up with connectivity issues.
