Amazon Returns Tracker OverviewThe <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1z9gsauqJXaHhlqjcetGy6IhL-Zdi5caevjRmAVnV7pY/edit#gid=0">Amazon Returns tracker</a> monitors refunded, pending, and exceptional return trends.Tabs:<ul type="disc"><li>Active Returns: Lists ongoing Return Requests:<ul type="circle"><li>Owner: CSR agent handling the Return.</li><li>Date: Date added to tracker.</li><li>Order Number: Amazon Order number.</li><li>Tracking Number: Customer-provided tracking.</li><li>Label Status: Status of tracking label.</li><li>Refund Issued: Refund processing status.</li><li>Request Date: Date of return initiation.</li><li>ETA: Estimated arrival time at warehouse.</li><li>Notes: Notable trends or details.</li></ul></li><li>30+ Days: If an order remains in the Active Returns Tab for more than 30 days without any updates in the Amazon Seller Central Platform, the Return record should be transferred to the 30+ Days tab.</li><li>No Tracking: If a customer initiates a Return Request with an Amazon Prime membership, Amazon issues a Return Label for the package. Without Prime, the customer pays for shipping, and tracking may not be available. Add Return Requests without a Tracking Number to this tab.</li><li>Replacement Requested: The Manage Return queue is designated for Refund-only Returns. Occasionally, Return Requests marked &quot;Replacement&quot; in the Return Status may appear. Add these Requests to this tab for review; no refund should be processed for them.</li><li>Duplicates: Customers frequently submit multiple Return Requests for the same order, resulting in duplicate requests with multiple Return Labels (TN). Typically, customers use only one label to return their item, leaving the others in &quot;Label Created&quot; status. Add duplicate requests to the &quot;Duplicates&quot; tab, including a note explaining their relationship to each other.</li><li>Delivered &amp; Refunded: Once a record from the Active Returns tracker has been refunded via the Manage Return queue, relocate this entry to the Delivered &amp; Refunded tab. Set the status to &quot;Delivered,&quot; and complete columns G and H with the &quot;Refund Issued&quot; and &quot;Requested Date&quot; details, respectively.</li></ul>Each tab maintains the structure and details found in the Active Returns tab.
