Advice/Visibility Escalations: In some instances, the reason for escalating a case may be unclear. In such cases, before proceeding with the process outlined in this article, reach out to your Team Lead or Member of Leadership to determine if escalation is necessary. They may advise escalating the case for "Advice".
Cases of this nature should be managed according to the guidelines provided in this article, with the main difference being that during escalation, we will inquire if the Compliance team should handle the case or if we may continue assisting the customer.
Advice cases should only be handled as such after receiving guidance from a Team Lead or Member of Leadership.
