Overview

In our support system, what were previously known as "Cases" are now referred to as "Tickets." Tickets are records of customer communication, serving as a formal request from customers seeking help with issues related to services, products, or any questions they may have.

What is a Ticket?

A ticket is a request raised by a customer to seek assistance. It can address issues, ask questions, or request services. Tickets ensure that customer inquiries are tracked, managed, and resolved efficiently.

How Are Tickets Raised?

Tickets can be raised through any of our support channels:

  • Email
  • Chat
  • Social Media
  • SMS

Additionally, tickets can also be created from scratch by an agent on behalf of the customer.
