How to Use:

  5. Use Therabody App: Connect to the Therabody app via Bluetooth for guided routines and additional control options.

Safety Precautions:

  • Avoid Bony Areas: Do not roll over joints or bony prominences to prevent injury.
  • Moderate Pressure: Apply moderate pressure initially and gradually increase as needed.
  • Consultation: Consult with a healthcare professional before use if you have any existing medical conditions or concerns.
