How to Use the Therabody Wave Solo
- Power On: Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.

- Application:
- Targeted Relief: Place the ball on the muscle group needing attention.
- Pressure and Movement: Apply pressure and slowly move the device along the muscle.
- Bluetooth Connection: For guided routines, connect the Wave Solo to the Therabody app via Bluetooth.
- Charging: After use, recharge the device using the provided charger to ensure it's ready for the next session.
Safety Precautions

- Avoid Sensitive Areas: Do not use on bones, joints, or sensitive areas.
