How to Use the Therabody Wave Solo

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
  2. Select Vibration Setting: Choose from three vibration settings based on your comfort and the area you are targeting.
  3. Application:
    • Targeted Relief: Place the ball on the muscle group needing attention.
    • Pressure and Movement: Apply pressure and slowly move the device along the muscle.
  4. Bluetooth Connection: For guided routines, connect the Wave Solo to the Therabody app via Bluetooth.
  5. Charging: After use, recharge the device using the provided charger to ensure it's ready for the next session.

Safety Precautions

  • Consult a Healthcare Professional: Before using the Wave Solo, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
  • Avoid Sensitive Areas: Do not use on bones, joints, or sensitive areas.
  • Start Slowly: Begin with the lowest vibration setting to gauge your comfort level.

  • Keep Away from Water: The device is not waterproof; avoid using it near water.
