This article will explain how to obtain proof of delivery from DPD.

After a package is delivered, carriers will provide a POD (Proof Of Delivery) within the tracking details. This typically includes a photo showing where the package was left and details of the delivery, such as the recipient's full name, address, delivery time, etc.

The POD serves to verify the delivery and its specifics. This information helps us determine whether a refund/reshipment can be processed or denied in the event of a lost package, or validate whether a returning parcel (RMA) has been delivered to the warehouse
 
Step 1: Locate the DPD country website.

DPD operates in various countries, each with its own dedicated website. Find the specific country's DPD website and locate the Tracking Number. You can also use Global Package Tracking to find the appropriate country's website.

Step 2: Find the tracking details on the DPD website.

On the DPD website, locate the tracking details which include the date, time, and location where the parcel was delivered. Obtain the Postal Code of the delivery address from the FO in the order summary (Outbound orders) or from the Warehouse's address (Inbound ROs).

Step 3: Review the Proof of Delivery (POD) photo and save it.

View the photo showing where the package was delivered. Take a screenshot of the photo and upload it as a post to your case.
