How to Obtain Proof of DeliveryUpdated a year ago

This article will explain how to obtain proof of delivery from FedEx.

After a package is delivered, carriers will provide a POD (Proof Of Delivery) within the tracking details. This typically includes a photo showing where the package was left and details of the delivery, such as the recipient's full name, address, delivery time, etc.

The POD serves to verify the delivery and its specifics. This information helps us determine whether a refund/reshipment can be processed or denied in the event of a lost package, or validate whether a returning parcel (RMA) has been delivered to the warehouse.

Step 1: Log in to the CX Team FedEx profile on FedEx.com

Step 2: Once logged in, search the tracking number and click on "Obtain Proof of Delivery".
