This article provides a step-by-step process for efficiently locating an authorized retailer in NetSuite using the global search feature.
 

Step 1: Navigate to the Global Search Bar

• Locate the global search bar at the top of the NetSuite interface.

Step 2: Enter Retailer Name

• In the global search bar, type the name of the retailer you are looking for.
   

Step 3: Identify Authorized Retailers

• Authorized retailers will show up as a Customer in the search results (see example below).
