This article provides step-by-step instructions to help agents efficiently check the status of an Item Fulfillment within NetSuite.
Step 1: Locate and Open the Sales Order
- Search for the Sales Order:
- Use the search bar to find the Sales Order associated with the Item Fulfillment you want to check.
- Select the Sales Order from the search results to open it.
Step 2: Scroll to the Sales Order Sublist
- Access Additional Options:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Sales Order page.
- Find and select the 'Related Records' option to view more details.
Step 3: Review Available Records
- Find Item Fulfillment Records:
- Look for the Item Fulfillment records listed in the 'Related Records' section.
- These records are linked to the Sales Order.
Step 4: Click on the Found Item Fulfillment
- View Detailed Information:
- Click on the relevant Item Fulfillment entry.
- This will open a detailed view of the Item Fulfillment.
