1. Is the device not working properly?

Yes:

  • The power button of the device has no feeling:
    • Possible Root Cause:The power button is cracked or missing
      • Suggested Action: If within warranty, begin the replacement process.

No: Proceed to the next question.

2. No action after pressing the power button?

Yes:

  • Possible Root Cause:Battery is depleted
    • Suggested Action: Charge the device and try again.
  • Possible Root Cause:The device itself is faulty
    • Suggested Action: If within warranty, begin the replacement process.

No: Proceed to the next question.

3. LED lights on but the device does not work?

Yes:

  • Possible Root Cause:Battery is depleted
    • Suggested Action: Charge the device and try again.
  • Possible Root Cause:The device itself is faulty
    • Suggested Action: If within warranty, begin the replacement process.

No: Proceed to the next question.

4. LED does not light on or LED color cannot change?

Yes:

  • Possible Root Cause:Button issue
    • Suggested Action: Replace the device.
  • Possible Root Cause:Device issue
    • Suggested Action: If within warranty, begin the replacement process.

No: Proceed to the next question.

5. No vibration?

Yes:

  • Possible Root Cause:Device issue (button, PCBA, motor issue)
    • Suggested Action: If within warranty, begin the replacement process.

No: The device is functioning properly.
