Credentials
To access the Moduslink Dashboard (Power BI), use the following credentials:
- Login Credentials:
- Username: [email protected]
- Password: Therabody2023*
Inventory Lookup
Step 1: Log in to Moduslink Dashboard (Power BI) using the provided credentials.
Step 2: On the main page, find the menu drop-down list on the left side and select “Inventory On Hand.”
*Note: For better visibility, hide the menu bar by clicking the Arrow button in the top right corner. Zoom in using CTRL + Scroll wheel (mouse).
Step 3: Allow the page to load. Clear any previous searches or reset the page.
- To reset the entire page, click the return arrow in the top right corner.
- To clear individual search results, use the eraser icon located in each box's top corner.
Step 4: Select the appropriate search filters.
Use the provided information to choose the correct “Plant” and “Storage Location.”

Step 5: Searching for SKU
To locate the SKU:
- Filter the search by entering the SKU name in the “Material” box or manually locate it in the “Inventory on Hand” list.
Once found, review the inventory details in the “Inventory on Hand” list:
- Material: SKU name.
- Material Description: Description of the item.
- Unrestricted: Quantity of inventory that requires review.
It's important to note that SKUs in Power BI may occasionally differ from those listed elsewhere, possibly due to slight variations in naming conventions:
- For example, Theragun devices have two types of SKUs: 4th generation SKUs starting with "G4" and older SKUs lacking this prefix. If a new SKU isn’t available or has no inventory, consult a leadership team member for alternative options.

- Inventory Inquiry Contacts:
- Occasionally, old SKUs may display inventory that is defective or unavailable for use. If the SKU shown in Power BI does not match those listed in the SKU List article, contact specific personnel via email to verify its suitability for use in an order.

Step 3: Allow the page to load. Clear any previous searches or reset the page.

Step 4: Select the appropriate search filters.
- Use the provided information to select the correct “Plant” and “Storage Location”.

Step 5: Locate the IF.
- Enter your IF number in the “Customer PO” box.
- Once found, navigate to the relevant fields by scrolling down.
Move the bar to the right and locate the following fields:
- Bill of Lading: Tracking number.
